Hello, Y'all! I am doing a new build and I think it is time for deciding what parts to choose! Currently, I am running an i7 5930k on Asus X-99 Pro board. It is not even worth it to RMA my current X-99 Pro motherboard since it has issues with the DIMM slots and plus I can not RMA since my warranty is up (not to mention this is my 2nd X-99 Pro board that has been RMA'D and given me problems: fou My current build as you can see from the above is long in tooth but this new build will be a Frankenstein build of sorts! This new build will include parts from my current build including the memory which is DD4 so it should be compatible with the motherboards I have chosen. If everyone could take a look at my list of new parts and old parts and double check if they will work with the new build that would be awesome. I am a video editor but I am also in the technology sector as well. I need a build with many cores to run virtual machines with Linux since I work with Linux in my current position. My profession calls for more cores, so this may seem a bit overkill but the more cores for me the better and to also mention I am a gamer. I am really keen on the Asus Sage montherboard but it is an EATX motherboard and I am wondering if my case and PSU I chose will support it?
