My current build is a 3.0 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 CPU (which has been fine for my needs and is still running well, since 2008) on a Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3R mobo, which is slowly dying and must be replaced. I'm not into gaming, but I do manage a Web site with very heavy graphics. I'd like to use the Intel G4620 Kaby Lake Dual-Core 3.7 GHz LGA 1151 as it will be a definite upgrade over my current CPU. I'd appreciate suggestions for which current mobo and graphics card would be best to pair the GA 4620 with for my particular needs, keeping in mind price points in a range of $90 to $175 per item?

Solution
Actually, I would buy the G4560 over the G4620, not much performance difference yet big difference in price.

Gave you a B250 mobo which has good connectivity. Wasn't sure if you had the proper ram so I added 16GB, this will allow you to have many windows/applications open at the same time. Gave you a 1050 Ti to get the 4GB of VRAM but this may be overkill. You could maybe go with an RX460-2GB.

Thank you for your interest and your suggestions. I agree with the video card, and I was planning on at least 16Gb of RAM. I do prefer to use the Pentium 4620, which is $92 and change at NewEgg, an acceptable price. I am unsure about your mobo suggestion. I have never heard of MSI brand electronics before, probably not surprising since I am not a gamer.

This will be my 3rd computer build, and I have used Asus and Gigabyte mobos in my first two builds, respectively. The Asus is still working in the computer I use for emergency connectivity to the Internet. The Gigabyte mobo is the one dying after 8 years of continuous use. I am considering reusing my current ATX mid-tower case and new 600W power supply as there is sufficient space and multiple case fans.

I use multiple hard drives (usually 3) to separate the programs from data storage, and 2 DVD drives, so I need multiple (at least 6, preferably 8) SATA connectors and prefer to have as many USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports as possible for external backup drives, 2 USB printers, scanner, etc. Therefore, I believe I would prefer a full size ATX mobo with 1 PCI-Ex16, for the graphics card, and 2 or 3 PCI-Ex1 connectors for expansion possibilities.

Additional mobo suggestions will be welcome.

First, MSI mobos are well known and MSI is a highly rated manufacturer, no need to worry there. The B250 Mortar has 6 SATA ports, if you want to go 8 ports then the price goes up, here is a selection (ASRock boards are okay too)
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/z2Z2FT/asrock-z270-extreme4-atx-lga1151-motherboard-z270-extreme4

Here is a comparison of the two

The comparison page is not quite right, the Extreme4 is an ATX board and not a micro-ATX board.
