Hey guys,
I’m not overly experienced with cooling and typically just go for hyper evo 212s in my builds.

I ordered a pre built today to get my hands on a 3070.
Reviews give me the impression that it’ll need a new cooler as it’s running a cheap RGB deepcool fan.
Any suggestions on what to buy and the benefits of air/liquid, is liquid hard to install?

Here is the PC:

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, a hyper212 is roughly the same as that deepcool, somewhat underwhelming to say the least.

That case is built for air coolers, doesn't do so well with liquid.

With AIO prices being the assumed budget, I'd be looking at the biggest air you can get to fit in the case, but for that you'll need the cpu clearance height. BeQuiet DarkRock 4, Cryorig H5, Noctua NH-U12A or better.
