Need Suggestions/ Help

I am trying to find a monitor that has hdmi, supports 1920x1080 and has the capabilties to have a headset/mic combo plugged into it, since my motherboard and case audio ports don't work I have to buy a new monitor that has it to be able to use sound on my pc.

My pc has an amd radeon 560 which locked the audio to hdmi only even though I was using dvi and killed my onboard realtek so it can't detect if i plug in headphones. So I need a monitor that has audio out ports for mic and headphone. Any Suggestions?

The mic in might be the biggest issue with the monitor selection. I know you're looking for a solution with the monitor, but have you tried a USB sound card/dongle to get around the dead ports? Its like a $5 item on Amazon to try.

It might be dead ports but inside of sounds, speakers and headphones arn't even in there as "disconnected" they are just missing. I will still try it though. Thank you for advice

Give it a shot, a $5-$10 gamble might save you real cash on the monitor side. I've used these two devices in the past and liked them.
