AMD Radeon HD 7850, or you can get one of the new AMD R9 GPUs. (Perhaps AMD R9 270)

Uhh, well a 250x or a 260x or something and also gettings 8gb ram would be good to as WD may need more than 4gb

You might also want to tell us what is your Intel Core i3 model, as some of them can't run WD on Ultra settings.
