Dell OEM OptiPlex GX520 SFF Desktop Motherboard (System Mainboard) - UT806 the only thing I know about this motherboard is the name and I also have photo, I need the best possible configuration, money doesn't matter

This pdf has the best specifications that you can get for that system. It appears you can get a P4 6XX series CPU at best.

If you have no other parts that go with it, the best place for that motherboard is ebay.

Well, my CS teacher told us to take photos of some motherboards, then bulid PC from parts on the table and as a homework presentation about best components for the motherboard

Look up case mods. I've seen some made from Lego's, and all kinds of stuff. If you're also taking wood shop or metal shop, you can make one out of that stuff.

If you want an operating system, I'd go with a Linux OS. They work good on old stuff.

This board is BTX form-factor (note that CPU socket is rotated 45 degrees, and PCI slot to the right), so you're looking for BTX case. Ten years ago there were a lot of them, but today...
