Question Need Thermal Pads for Razer Blade 15 Base Chassis used for SSD and Southbridge.

Looking for good replacement pads for these silicone foam pads on the chassis of the 2019 Razer 15 Base. They are leeching silicone oil due to thermal breakdown and need to be replaced. The have adhesive on one side and rebound after compression so the case can be opened and reclosed, and have a shore hardness of about 30. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

They are leeching silicone oil due to thermal breakdown and need to be replaced.
Are they literally disintegrating? If not the oils they leech is absolutely normal and will not damage anything that it touches.

More concerned about loss of thermal conductivity and increased thermal resistance. Since they are not rebounding fully after compression this equates to a loss in thermal conductivity which is influenced by compression pressure with pads. SSD performance is taking a big hit due to heat.
