Question Need tips on removing LCD-Adhesive

Hello,
i want to replace the display cable on a Lenovo Yoga 520.
Normally it has these 2 adhesive strips you can simply pull out.
Now it has been to a repair shop once, and they seemed to have simply used double sided tape.
Do you guys have any hints on how i can remove it?

(Maybe heat? I have a 3D printer whoose bed can go up to 120°C)

For LCD screens, a heat gun is not advised. For removing it, the only real way to do it is carefully forcing it out very slowly. Start on the corner, insert a pry tool and inch by inch prying the tape off of the screen.
