Need to allow full control to a single user within a group

WTA Users Group
I have a folder (WTA STUDENTS) that is share between students. WTAUsers
Group can access this folder.
WTAStudent 1 user part of WTA Users Group
Has a folder (MARK) and I want him to have access to this folder only and
exclude the rest of the users on the group.
How can I do this?
Have full access and control for the user but exclude the group that he is
part of.

Remove the inheritance from Mark and grant his user name (and System and
Administrators) Full Control)
