Need to Assemble a Gaming PC

Hello,
I am planning to buy a new PC which should support all games for at least next 2 years without needing to upgrade much (Except Graphics Card - May be).

The budget includes both CPU and Monitor too.

My Budget is around 60000 INR. I may be able to stretch another 10000 INR and not more.

Please suggest me the best configuration!

Hmm dk mine pc is for 500euro and i can play bf4 on ultra and nfs rivals on max...i mean i dk what u to buy
