Need to build a new PC!

I m not so good at choosing the components. But I m pretty good in assembling them. I want to build a new gaming PC.
Particularly, I like to play GTA, COD, Battlefield, Hitman, Assassins Creed, ax Payne, FIFA, etc.
Any help regarding all the components together in a budget of 500-550$ (around 36000rs.)
please help.

What do you want in that budget? Does it contains monitor, keyboard/mouse too?

no. it does not include Monitor, Keyboard and mouse. I want the stuff which is inside the Case in this budget.
