i use 3ds max ,maya some other softwares etc ,, please give me pc configuration for amd and intel , for medium to high budget , also let me know if amd better or intel config better , thank you

am from bengaluru India, i am going to purchase pc complete excluding ( monitor, keyboard, mouse ) worth 1000 US dollars within a week .i mainly use it for rendering and animation.i need to know what to buy for harddisk, ssd, graphics card, processor, motherboard, ram, power supply , cabinet . Please let me know if you need any more information. you give me choice for amd config and intel config , thank you
