I bought a new pc in the UK just before we were transferred back home to the US. It is possible to change the voltage to 110V by replacing the power supply?

Thanks

Solution
Here are your options, if your PSU states "210v-240v" as the only input, you will need to replace it. You may have a switch in the back to allow selection of incoming voltage 110v on one side, 220 on the other, simply switch it to 110 and replace the power cord (for US sockets). Or, you may have "universal input" which will state something to the effect of "100v-240v 60/50" on it in which case you'll only need to replace the power cord
If you bought a good power supply it has active PFC and as a side effect universal input voltage. There will be a sticker on the side of the PSU, it should say what input voltages it accepts. You will find either 120/240(not great) or 96~264(ish) (good).
