Need to choose a budget graphics card.

Now two years ago I made a build with an MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard and an AMD A10-5800K APU. I want to upgrade now by getting a graphics card. I really want to buy this one ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IDG3NDY/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER ) since it's only $100 dollars, but I don't know if it's compatible. Is there a better card for the price? And how do I go on with setting the card up (Besides putting it in the socket)?

Put it in the socket, plug your monitor into it, install the driver.
I would also look at this card uses a few more watts but a bit better overall performance.

Yeah that 430w psu will be able to handle it(the gpu) bit it is a low quality psu.
Might want to upgrade to something better in the future.
