Need to claim my second hard drive after fresh install of windows 10 from windows 7

I just installed windows 10 from being on windows 7 from a usb. Everything works fine. I already had to set a drive letter for my secondary hard drive. I have 3 internal hard drives, and i cant access the other two that the os isnt installed on. You see... what i did was took a hard drive out of my other pc. Wiped it when i installed windows 10, and the other two still have my stuff on them. One of the other two has a working version of windows 7 and i don't know how i can claim it to be able to open and use my stuff. I am advanced at pc's and can do alot of things so throw it at me.

You probably need to take ownership of folders. Win 10 smart, it recognises another user made those files, even if its you. So it won't let you access them until you do the below

I am just having trouble exploring my users now. It finally let me into my user but now i cant look at anything in the user. (I just want to go to my desktop, I have everything i want on it.)

Thanks for the help man. I'm just going to abandon ship. I really only wanted the one i did fix. It has 2Tb of crap on it i need.

what do the drives look like in disc management, they should be showing, just have locked folders

They are showing. The folders are locked. I don't want to go through them to unlock them. Its just not working properly. If you really want to help out we could do a team viewer thing maybe.

Disk C is what my os is installed and running on
Disk E Is my 2TB hard drive that i got fully unlocked and aren't having problems with.
Disk D Is partially locked. Locked in spots and somewhat unlocked.. I have listed them in order. from 0-2
I would really like it if you could help out with team viewer or something. I feel like a nub but I just don't know what to do.

They are all Online Active primary partitions. But D is locked.

i don't think I would trust me on someone elses PC, I offer advice but I don't want to mess anything up

I still have locked folders on my pc from the last fresh install I did. I didn't sit there and go through everyone one though, and probably didn't have as much on here anyway.
