Alright, so my old system failed and I quite urgently need a PC, cause Zoom classes and all that, plus I miss GTA 5 lol.
My minimum requirements go as follow
  • i5/i7 CPU, hopefully 1151
  • 8 GB of RAM, hopefully DDR4
  • 3 GB GPU as minimum
  • 250 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD
  • 400 euro budget (MAX)
I would probably use this system for some gaming, nothing higher than 1080p, hoping for settings set to high.

So I went through my local secondhand market, there are not many options in the price range. Probably because price of graphics card has risen. Most systems either don't have enough storage or are equipped with 960s which I heard are quite weak cards. Any suggestions with the situation? Maybe suggestions on what I should change on my "minimum requirements" when searching? Getting a bit desperate of here. Thanks in advance.

Not so much outdated. Ryzen 5 1400 is OK for GTA V. At least you will not experience gray translucent background at middle of Los Santos downtown and airport with this. Also GA-A320M-S2H V2 with BIOS update is capable to run Zen2 CPUs so you can replace CPU to 3600/3600X and OC RAM to 3200 (CL14, if you will be lucky) later. Recommendation here - upgrade SSD to 256/512 GB for OS and games ASAP.

A 960 should get you a mix of mid high settings @ 1080p.
You can add more storage.
Thank you a lot, what about CPUs? Most options have i5 3470. Or is that way too outdated?
There's on rig for €380 which has following specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5-1400 3, 2Ghz
RAM: DDR4 8Gb 3000Mhz
SSD: 120 GB
HDD: 1000 GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 / 4 GB
MB: GA-A320M-S2H V2
PSU: 600w
