Need to decide what ram to get

I plan to get an i5 2500k processor with a p67 motherboard, and I was planning on getting 8gb ddr3 1333 for ram (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820231426)

Now as you can see it has sold out ( ) so I have some options:

Either go with 1066 or pay more and go with 1600

My question is would I notice a difference between the 2? because I was right on my price limit with that ram, and I really hate to go over or change anything I currently have.

EDIT: I could also go with a different brand if anyone has any recommendations.

You can use almost any ddr3 you like. I recommend any of the following brands: kingston, crucial, gskill (16 gb for $70 the other day, works great in my board), corsair, and patriot. Just select the standard 1333 or 1600; don't pay extra for any off speed stuff, such as 1866. Black friday is coming up fast if you can wait. You can go with this set and it has nice low timings and you can always overclock it if you want.
