[SOLVED] Need to figure what this cable is and where to plug it?

The cable comes from the front panel of the case. The case is a
Lian Li Lancool II Tempered Glass eATX Full Tower.

Looking at the documents, I cannot find the answer. It might be right in front of me, but I still cannot find it.
Here are 2 photos of the cable.

Help me out. What is it. what is it for and where should it go?

It may not be important, but just in case, the motherboard I have is a
ASUS B450-F ROG STRIX GAMING II AMD AM4 ATX

What is it. what is it for and where should it go?
is an aRGB LED cable.
would connect to a 3 pin aRGB header on the motherboard.

is for controlling the LED lights on whatever device it is.
with this connected to the motherboard you can sync any controllable case LED lights to your motherboard.
you would use the motherboard control utility software to set the light patterns or colors.
