Need to find a replacement motherboard for 5 year old CPU

My motherboard recently died, leaving the computer stuck in a boot loop when turned on. I'm trying to find a cheap replacement that is compatible with my CPU but haven't had much luck, as the parts are 5 years old. All I have found so far are refurbished boards that cost more than they did new.

CPU: Intel I5-3570 3.4 ghz
Motherboard: GA-Z77-HD3
