how do i use the gaming mouse side buttons

You usually have the map the side buttons to a keyboard key or combination of keys through software. I'm not sure about Corsair and other brands, but I know Logitech has a Logitech Gaming Software where you map the keys to whatever you want. It would be easier to tell you exactly how to do it if we knew what model and brand mouse you had.
