Question Need to find out time of accessing network printer

Hello: I need to know what time I printed from a specific network printer at work. I am not the administrator. But I don’t remembered what time I printed from the shared network printer.
Because I printed confidential doc and only remembered after lunch time to pick it up.

Check "Events Viewer" on the computer you've printed it from, it might be configured to record printing events.

Do not know where you work or what make and model printer is in use.

However, some printers can be configured to "hold" a print job until the document's editor physically goes to the printer and enters a PIN number or other code.

The printer's administrator may be able to set that up if the printer does provide that feature. Or you may even be able to establish the PIN "on the fly" yourself as part of the printing process.

Not at all uncommon to get "waylaid" while hurrying to get some sensitive document off of a common/shared printer. And someone else sees or even takes the document in the meantime.

Think "prevention". May save you and others a lot of grief later on.....
