Need to get a quiet efficient heatsink

My heatsink right now is pretty damn loud and is very annoying to me. (still using the stock heatsink which came with my AMD FX 8150...bad choice I know I know!) I'm looking to spend right around $50 or less on a heatsink that will improve upon my current one and make much less noise. What can you guys/or girls suggest to me?
