Need to install Windows 8.1 Pro on computer build with flashdrive from .exe file, currently have Mac running OSX 10.10.1

Hey, I just built a computer, which is now booting to the BIOS, and I need to install an operating system. I purchased Windows 8.1 Pro online, and it let me download a file called OSGS14-WindowsSetupBox-32bitand64bit-English-4141408 . I need to install it from a flashdrive (I have a couple 16 gb flashdrives). I currently have a Mac running OSX Yosemite 10.10.1. My new computer has the ASUS X97 motherboard.
I was wondering how exactly I would do this, as attempts to find online solutions have led me nowhere. Thank you!

From where, and what exactly did you purchase?

Pretty sure you're going to have to find a Windows PC to progress with this.

I bought Windows 8.1 Pro for Students (I'm pretty sure this is exactly the same but with a student discount), from microsoftstore.com.

You're going to need a Windows PC to progress with this.
And make sure it is the same bit level as you want to end up with....32bit or 64bit.

Nothing, aside from your current lack of a Windows PC to do it from.
