need to know about rescue from location detection

my son installed a game ( he is crazy about that ) heroes and generals, he used cheats for that online game and was caught, heroes and generals team banned his LOCATION TO PLAY THAT GAME, he is extremely disturbed because of that, plz inform me that is there any way to avoid that location detection and to play that game again?
i ve used new steam account and vpn , i changed his computer's country and time too but nothing worked, plz guide he is my most beloved child. thx

I believe the policy here is that we cannot help you bypass security measures imposed by other people/organizations to block your access to a service you've been banned from for abusing.

Your "son" should take this as a life lesson. If you're going to play with other people, you should stick to the rules everyone agreed upon. You can cheat in single player games, or on LAN parties if everyone has agreed to allow it. But don't cheat in online games.
