Which board is much better for Q6600 procie P35 chipset based or NVIDIA nForce® 680i SLI™? Used for gaming and multimedia. At home only. I am confused between Abit IP35 Pro or ASUS P5N32-E SLI

O onestar Distinguished Aug 16, 2007 390 0 18,780 Oct 26, 2007 #5 The ABIT is a very nice board. I have always had very good results with ABIT and based on your reply, it seems logical.

Crashman Polypheme Former Staff Dec 31, 2007 48,582 92 66,190 Oct 27, 2007 #10 Dual Channel uses a matched pair, ANY matched pair, of modules. You can get a pair of Ballistix PC2-6400 (2x1GB) for around $65 after rebate if you look around, and those overclock to around 1200MHz data rate if that's what you're after.
