need to know best cpu my mobo can handle

chipset i945p/pl/g/gz rev a2
southbridge 82801gb (Ich7/r) rev a1
ddr2 ram 4gb installed
cpu is Pentium 4 HT 521 lga 775 Prescott 90nm

please tell me if there is a Pentium D or a core 2 duo or any dual core I can use

i can't find any specs on that mobo. what pc did it come with? i'm finding a lot of dell optiplex 620 references. might be able to find cpu list through the model name.
