I want to build a new computer of my own and have recently purchased the following components:-
1) i7 6700k processor
2) Z-170K motherboard
3) 2 X 8GB Ballastix DDR4 2400 mhz RAM
4) 1 X GTX960 4GB GDDR5 Graphic card

Can anyone tell me which power supply unit, cabinet and cooler fan for processor should i purchase from India? The quality should be good but not too expensive.

All of the following are available at: www.theitdepot.com.

PSU: Antec 550 - A suitable wattage for your system and built by a very trusted manufacturer. It is part of Antec's 'basiq' series, which means it isnt the best they offer, but its a a low-cost but decent quality choice (3925rs).

Cabinet: To be honest, it really comes down to personal preference. The Corsair Carbide 200R is a great example though. (4620rs)

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 - The industry standard for great, reliable air cooling and at fairly low cost. (3225rs)

All of the above are good quality components that will serve your system very well.

The Cooler and PSU are fine, but I would suggest a better cabinet.

The one you have selected will be a pain to build your system in, as it lacks cable management holes with space behind the motherboard tray to route your PSU's cables behind.

Try to find a similar one with a cable management system, you'll be glad you did when you start to build!

Out of the two, go for the 500. However, I would suggest this as an option: http://www.amazon.in/Corsair-100R-Silent-Carbide-Mid-Tower/dp/B00RORBQSW/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1442226042&sr=1-1&keywords=corsair+100r

As for the coolers, the Noctua will provide slightly better cooling but with the cons of a higher price and rather ugly aesthetics. Personal preference though.

The cooler should be positioned so the air flow goes from the front to the back of the cabinet, exhausting air out of the back (not the 'roof').

If this PC is going to be used for gaming, then it would be MUCH better to go with these specs rather than your current i7+960:

CPU: Intel i5-6600k
GPU: GTX 970

The above will give much, much better gaming performance as the i7 doesn't give any advantage.

Only go for the i7 if you plan to do things like video editing/rendering.
