Need to know if i can install HDD to computer and keep all my data on my HDD

So i just bought a samsung ssd 850 evo for my existing PC, i have a 2 TB HDD already installed with windows and all my data. I have clean installed windows on the ssd and made it the boot drive, but now i need to know if it is possible to still use my HDD without loosing anything.

there should be several SATA port in mobo, you could use another one for SSD
just open your computer case and chech is there are unused SATA port
