Need to know if motherboard support Core 2 Quad or no!!!

Hello guys, how are you?
Well i have Lenovo motherboard. I do not have a pre-build system only the motherboard i have is of Lenovo and it's model number is 9481D6U. So i read it's specification site and there it does not list Core 2 Quad supported anywhere or anything like that but since i have G31/G33 Chipset i was wondering whether or not i can upgrade to Core 2 Quad or not since the intel specifications list that G31 support 800/1066/1333 FSB's. So if you guys can tell me whether or not i can upgrade to Core 2 Quad. Thanks in advance.

Yeah but it has Intel G31 chipset and that chipset supports core 2 quad so doesn't that naturally that i do too....and if i don't could you explain why i don't.
