Need to make 3 levels for snake game

Im making a snake game using visual basics 2008 express edition and i need to make levels for the game

I have the game working and everything but my teacher wants me to make levels but i have no clue how to do this

If someone could give me the code or an example of how to make the levels that would be very cool

This is going to be entirely dependent on how you built the snake game. Also, how do you know if you have everything working if you have no levels to try this out on?
