Question Need to Overclock AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Hey gang, I'm running an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 with two sticks of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8GB RAM with 3000Mhz frequency. Every now and then my computer crashes after giving me the Blue Screen of Death, and I know it's an overclock issue, but I cannot find the best speed setting for the processor. The problem kept occurring frequently at the start of my time with this computer until I pulled one of the RAM chips out (not my ideal solution, really), and now it happens when I play Assassin's Creed: Unity, though not all the time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

memtest ram one at the time and for the oveclock first use the axmp setting on ram and a list of all parts in system will help .
