need to overclock hp4520s from 2.67 to 2.7 for job req

i have a dual core 2.6 laptop, in order to meet minimum work requirements i need a minimum 2.7 it has a digital spec monitor installed. Can I overclock this old laptop i got for free? I would need to buy 60$ in ram to meet the spec after. Thanks

Most likely not since non-gaming laptop do not give you the ability to adjust any settings at all.
If it were a desktop, you could have possibly added a little BCLK overclock. But on that system, you won't see that in the BIOS.

your cpu Intel Core i3 380M is locked meaning no you cannot overclock it
