i need to know if this can play some games just for a cheap quick build i will upgrade cpu later and i will have all other parts 8gb ram, psu, hdd,ssd,4gb grapics card just need to know about this cpu

Do you have a graphics card already as that makes a very big difference to your question?

Many modern games wont even allow you to play them with integrated graphics.

First off that cpu is in the bottom 1/4 of cpu's intel currently makes. Even a medium end gpu like a GTX 960 will be bottlenecked like crazy because it is so low end.

Regardless of the CPU's performance, your issue is the lack of a dedicated GPU.

You need a dedicated GPU to be able to play any games at any decent of settings.
The graphics chip built into the CPU is at the level of being able to watch HD video, and do normal computing tasks like ms office, and facebook.

I don't know if maybe you are just using the wrong term for the wrong thing or what is going on, but this thread has become about as difficult to follow as a conversation with someone who has speech impediment and is high on crack.

The item you are asking about is a CPU, not a GPU.
At his point we have no idea what parts you have, what parts you are getting now, what parts you are going to upgrade latter.

For everyone's sanity please list what parts you have, what parts you are currently ready to buy, and what parts you will upgrade in the future.
For the parts you have currently: give the actuall model number. Don't tell us SSD, tell us Samsung 840 evo 120 gb, don't tell us 4gb card tell us MSI GTX-960 4gb, etc, etc
