Lets just say no. The huge issue is the problem is almost always using up the download capacity. When the connection to your house is overloaded the ISP will decide to discard traffic. You have no control at all over what the ISP does and by the time you see anything in your router the traffic is gone.
There are very advanced QoS configurations that can work but its hard to say if your router has it. There are multiple firmware versions for that router and the older ones do not even have simple QoS settings. It also makes it hard to say if you can load third party firmware like dd-wrt especially if you are using DSL model of this routers.
