Need to replace HP PTGD1-LA MB Died!

I'm looking for a replacement MB, the one in my HP the PTGD1-LA MB died. Suggestions?

HP Pavilion a630n

I need new memory also so that is not a concern I'll match the memory to the MB. The case is a MicroATX I believe.
