The topic to the thread is self evident and thats exactly what i need to resolve . In other words when ever i start up my pc and after windows 7 has loaded up .Theres a jump to Dos for a few seconds then back to desk top with the message. And its not going away. This is the message .

<Theres been a hardware change on this pc .You need to restart pc to make changes into effect.>

Solution
Did you install the drivers from AMD or from your laptop manufacturer? If AMD, remove them and install drivers only from your laptop manufacturer.

Obvious question: Did you make any hardware changes and if so, what were they? If not, then I'd run anti-virus scans and anti-malware scans. If those come up empty, I'd try booting up into safe mode and see if you can stay online long enough to check device manager to see if there are any issues there.

If all else fails, re-install windows.

I just re installed the latest drivers and software for my in build notebook ATI Radeon 7970M display adapter ,thats all. After that this started happening. No issues shown with display adapter in devices inside control panel though.

There in lies the problem. The system manufacturer drivers have been tweaked to keep the hardware within the system's thermal and power limitations. AMD drivers are not tweaked in that fashion and are probably causing the system crashes.
