Need to Turn off Proxy Server for LAN to run things such as Discord, Spotify, Uplay.

First of all, not sure if this has to do with anything but a couple days ago we turned off our modem and turned it back on but what happened is that right now things like spotify fail to connect unless I turn off my proxy server for LAN and same goes for things like discord and in addition i think this made something go wrong in uplay as my achievements do not sync???

Are you setting your modem as your proxy server? Why are you piping your connection through a proxy anyway?
