Making mistakes while updating BIOS is a sure way to end up with a brick. Unless you really need that update for compatibility issues, I would say leave it alone.
If you are determined to go ahead with it, make sure you have all the necessary files and all the steps that need to be applied (preferably printed out for your reference).

I Installed aE7300 and it is slow and eveytime i turn it on it tell me i need to update my bios to unlesash the full power on my cpu
