need to update the bios for quanta 306A motherboard

i am struggling to update the quanta 306A motherboard with the latest bios on the computer - Compaq Presario CQ61 ES 110.. My problem is that I am unable to find the rom files and the flash utility for this motherboard. The only thing I find is the windows bios updater. Since, I am unable to boot the computer, the only option for me is to use freedos bootable usb stick and run the flash utility from there.

Can anyone please guide me to the right link? Thanks.
