Need to Upgrade Graphic and PSU

Im looking for a Nividia to run Guild Wars 2, on medium setting smoothly, like 50 - 60 FPS. Nothing too expensive ($100-200). i will more than likely will need a better PSU too since mine at the moment is 300w

i would go for a gtx 560 ti cause it will run gw2 on medium with some settings on medium (not sure could be all settings on high) but one from msi like the hawk edition will cost around 280-320 dollar i will look and see what i can find and u will also need a psu from min: 500W
