Need to upgrade hardware... Help Pls - HP H8-1226

I have HP H8-1226

With these spec

CPU: Intel Core i7 2600 (3.4GHz)
Motherboard: Pegatron Corporation 2AB5 Mainboard
Memory: 18GB (DDR3)
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 7570
Power Supply: Internal ATX 300W


My computer is slow its responding slow and most of the time video card fan is making noise I have cleaned but will, and I need some more power

I need suggestion

I need 4 GB Video Card with min 2 out if more good, when I upgrade my video card I have to upgrade the power supply also if you can suggest which is good, if I put SSD will it make lots of difference or not, what else need to upgrade please help me out, Thanks

If your going to replace your gpu and psu, i reccommend changing your processor and mobo as well. Whats your budget for the upgrade?
