Question Need to upgrade my CPU, any recommendations?

Hey there!
I am in dire need of a new CPU because I want to start streaming. The CPU I have now overheats most of the time (yes, the cooler is not at fault here, trust me) and I am looking for a replacement to beef up my PC enabling me to stream some more demanding Games. If you have any suggestions, I'd be glad to know!

As per usual, here are my specs:
M5A78L-M/USB3 (Mainboard)
AMD-FX 8350 (CPU)
CP 750 Plus (PSU)
GTX 1070 (GPU)
Freezer Xtreme (Cooler)
16GB and an SSD

Alot of people have told me that the GTX 1070 together with an AMD FX-8350 was a waste of money, so yeah, basically killing two birds with one stone here if theres a good CPU that is compatible with the cooler and Mainboard, that would be great.

The mounting hole pattern is different between AM4 and older AMD sockets, so you will either need AM4 brackets for your existing aftermarket HSF, a new aftermarket HSF or just use the stock HSF.

The cpu at 4 kHz looks okay. You might have a week motherboard the Asus m5a78l-m plus and gigabyte GA 9905xa-ud3 look like decent upgrades at reasonable price 70-8 on eBay-might look at monitor and make sure your have at least 75 Hz as well
