Need to upgrade my Nvidia 9400 GT for around $100

As the title says. Any cards around the $100 price range that would be a worthwhile upgrade for gaming? My goal is to be able to play BF3 and Crysis 2 on the lowest settings. Granted, I have yet to try either with me 9400, but I only got smooth framerates on Bink playing with everything on low and in 8x6 resolution. Thanks
