Need to upgrade my PC and really need your help

Hello Guys,

1st I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for all your help, you helped me to buy all my PCs since 2010 I think and all worked out pretty good up till now, so Thanks
My problem now is that I want to upgrade my PC (I am a big time Gamer) and I started feeling with my current PC that I am like taking a step back a little with the new games out there, I Bought my current PC 2 years ago was a high end at this time, here is the SPECs for that PC (But the thing is I am now currently overseas and I don’t remember exactly the specs so I will do my best to write it down)
• Graphics Card : NVIDIA GTX 970 OC
• SSD 850 EVO 2.5’’ Sata 3 128GB
• Ram 8GB*2 DDR3 (Don’t remember the Bus or the Brand)
• HDD Western Digital 3TB Black
• MB Gagabyte GA Z97X-Gaming G1 Wifi Bk
• Processor i7-4770K Haswell
• PSU Corsair 750Watt (Don’t remember the model)
• CPU Cooler H80i
• Case CoolerMaster Trooper
• Connected to TV 40’’ Samsung LED with HDMI
I want to upgrade this PC to meet the New games for the next 1 or 2 years.
The Problems I am facing now which make think of Upgrading is the following
• Really high noise for cooling especially with a heavy game (Sometimes I feel that it is going to explode  ), after I close the game it returns to nearly no sound at all,so I think I need better cooling.
• I can play all games now but not on High or Ultra ( Some on Medium and few on High and none on Ultra )

Do you have a budget? Which online retailer(s) will you be shopping at?

that CPU SHOULD hold its ground so IMHO all you should do:
• Graphics Card : NVIDIA GTX 970 OC -> 1080 or 1080TI

CPU Cooler: Big air fans are often much quieter and do as well as water. Consider a Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 or Noctua NH-D15 for the ultimate in cooling and quiet. The Noctua is quieter but many people don't like the looks. If you want something cheaper try the Scythe Mugen Max or 5. But it is not a quiet.

Case Fans: The Arctic F12 PWM are good quiet case fans. I like them. Even though they are cheap they are among the best in SPL to CFM (sound pressure level to cubic feet per minute). Take a look at the bottom chart they are nearly as quiet as the Noctua NF-12 with a much higher CFM. You can find them in 5 packs for about $25 in the US. Not sure about other countries. Make sure they are the PWM models and reverseable. As they make a one way mount model. US link given as an example.

RAM: 16GB is plenty. I'd wait until you need more, then go 32GB.

GPU: I'd look at a GeForce GTX 1080 8GB or AMD Vega 64 for an appreciable upgrade (whichever is cheaper). A GTX 1070 or Vega 56 would be an upgrade but not enough to justify replacing a 970 in my opinion. Get a triple fan model for reduced noise.

CPU: Yours is fine. Just overclock it.

Thank you guys for your reply, I checked the prices now for the Cooler at my country and i think i will go with it (Be Quit Dark Pro 3 ) but for the GPU its SO expensive, and as you said it's not worth going for something lower than the GTX 1080 8Gb (Totaly Agree) so will wait for sometime may be the prices go down and then get it

You're welcome. Perhaps OC the 970 for now. Then take another look at GPU options when the 2070 and 2080 come out. Sometimes you can get a killer deal on a used 980 Ti in some countries. Which is equal to a 1070 but can be found for a lot less in some countries.
