So i really need to buy a new SSD and RAM, my RAM is only 4GB. Genshin requirements: https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/news/detail/5284
Here's my PC specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium gold G5400
Motherboard: MSI H310M PRO HDV PLUS
RAM: 4GB
SSD: 109GB on C: disk (i put my game in there)
Screen: 1080p

Please give me RAM and SSD recommendation. Should I buy a new GPU too? And if yes, which one?

Solution
Do you have a budget?

It would appear that your are using integrated graphics.
That is likely the limiting factor.
The included HD610 has a passmark rating of 670.
It might not be even that good unless your ram is two sticks in dual channel mode.
The minimum spec recommends a GT1030 discrete graphics card which rates at 2563.
The recommended is a GTX1060 6gb which rates about 10,000
What is the make/model of your psu?
If it does not have a 6 or 8 pin graphics cable, your strongest upgrade would be something like a GTX1650 which does not need aux power.

Your ssd is fine. They all perform about the same.

4gb of ram is likely to be very limiting and may be causing hard page faults.
If budget permits buy a 2 x 8gb DDR4 2666 speed kit.
