Need to upgrade PC, will these components be adequate for 'High settings' for the next few years?

First post, here - sorry if I don't meed some criteria (for posting rules?)

So my current PC is getting a bit old, arthritic, and clammy:

CPU: FX-6300
GPU: Radeon R7-370
Motherboard: GA-970A-DS3P
RAM: 8GB KINGSTON DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz
Storage: 500GB Western Digital Blue SSD / 1TB Toshiba HDD 7200RPM
PSU: Corsair VS450

I'm struggling to hit maintain medium settings in most games (MOBA's and MMO's)

I'm looking to upgrade to hit high settings for a few years without needing to upgrade

I'm currently looking at buying:

CPU: i5-7500
GPU: [KEEP FOR NOW]
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B250-PLUS
RAM: HyperX FURY 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) 2133 MHz DDR4 CL14 DIMM Memory Kit
Storage: [KEEP]
PSU: [KEEP]

I don't really have much of a budget for upgrading (£400 maximum really, but the above proposed upgrades roughly equate to £360)

Will these components be sufficient for a few years of high-settings in MOBA's/MMO's?
I'm looking to upgrade my GPU too in the near future when I can afford to do so (I'm thinking GTX 1060?)

Much better platform than your old build, but you won't really notice much of a performance increase in gaming until you upgrade the gfx card. That and the CPU were equally the weakest links in the old build, actually.
