Need to upgrade to thunderbolt 3, I would very much like to reuse existing 1155 processors and DDR3 memory if it all possible

Which 1155 motherboard is thunderbolt 3 compatible? Or perhaps is there a DDR3 motherboard that is thunderbolt 3 compatible? I have spent a small fortune on the hardware and would very much like to retain as much of that investment while gaining thunderbolt 3 capability. I have three very powerful 1155 systems that are decked out with lots of memory that’s DDR3. If I could just replace the motherboard that would be great however so far my research is not found any possibilities that will work just yet.

Solution
Unfortunately none.

Support for Thunderbolt 3 was only added recently into the Intel Skylake chipset (socket 1151), long after 1155 systems were legacy. You cannot use an add on card on older motherboards because they lack the TB3 header and chipset support.
