i want to upgrade my operating software Im am running visa ultimate 32bit. What is the most cost effective version and way, where do I download from and how do I install. Im not finding any direct answers. I dont care if its 7, 8, 10. Just want to get it done and move on.

The Cheapest option is to install Linux. Linux Mint has a good UI, similar to Windows, but many apps won't work on it. If you need Windows. look for a copy on sites like EBay, though they tend to cost around 90 quid
