Need two Different External IP Addresses same PC

I am currently looking for a way to have two different external I.P addresses at the same time. I play a game that only allows one connection per I.P., I do not have the money to setup two different static IP addresses. So basically from the same PC. I want to connect to a specific server showing two diffferent I.P Addresses. If the server I am trying to connect to see that I have two connectins to it from the same IP it wont let either in. This has nothing to do with port forwarding or anything like that. I need two seperate externals showing. How can I do this. Its for a white hat security project for univeristy.
