Your CPU I think it Fine. GPU is decent also what are you running for storage? HDD or SSD? I believe that game is very Nvidia Optimized also. I ran it on my setup and it was butter smooth at 1440p

You've got a great CPU, and a solid mid range GPU.

With that CPU there will be very, very few games that have you CPU limited. If you're unhappy with your settings the GPU is definitely the upgrade.

What's you budget? You'd probably need to go to a GTX 970 or R9 290X for a noticeable upgrade.

The Radeon cards are launching this week I believe (well, a new top end card and rebrands across the rest of the line up). That should see a price reshuffle. So wait out this week and see where things land.

I'd suggest unless you have a large $500 budget, a GTX 970 is the best upgrade right now, and may well be even after AMD's releases/rebrands... but it's worth waiting to see.
